More flies Due to Compost?

Thanks Wifezillia....I think I'll try getting some this weekend. The weird thing is that the flies are not in my coop or run. Probably because of the DE? Although I don't use DE in the run, just the coop. The flies are mainly on the brick patio area and the plants. They are there on sunny warm days.

Hopefully if I have parents over for an interview it will be a cloudy foggy day so I won't have flies. :)

It's just weird since I didn't have this many last year and the only thing I've done differently was to add the compost to my beds.

Years ago someone gave us 2 zappers. I didn't need them so I gave them away to the Goodwill. Darn....I wished I had kept them!

I'll try this in my house. It will look much better than strips of dead flies.
