Me too.

For many years my hunting buddy and I went spring wild turkey hunting in eastern Kentucky. We had fresh Morells almost every day while hunting. I used to get a kick out of the locals around the KY/WV border as they would head out into the woods with their little paper bags looking for mushrooms. I would always ask them how they were doing and many would grin from ear to ear and proudly show me four or five little Morells all squashed in the bottom of a wet paper bag. It was usually Mom, Dad, and the little kids sloshing through the bottoms and having a wonderful time. Great memories.

DW pulled two test subjects out of the freezer this morning. A nice T-bone and ribeye. She vac sealed them the day I bought her the Food Saver. I grilled the steaks up this evening. I also took my grillen skillet and grilled up some onions and morels. I first coated them with olive oil, then aded a dash of lemon juice, some sea salt and coarse ground black pepper. Let them soak for about 10 minutes then onto the coals. It was fantastic.
