Dogs do that here at the lake too, just not so muddy. That photo shows it perfectlu though! I love how the big dog is smiling so big!

That isn't his natural color.

During the cavorting around, he just got a little too close to the retriever.

This might be my redneck side here talking but, mud equals FUN! Take your ATV in the mud its a field day... :celebrate

I really like how these days the paint job on some atv's is actually a color called mud :p

Easier to clean that way...no cleaning needed, ever!

I have a photo around here somepplace, sure wish I could find it so I could share.
Dogs and BOYS!!!! Love Mud.... The photo shows #2 son on his ATV COMPLETELY covered in mud... only clean spot is where his googles where, and grinning like a fool. :D

wasn't there a Jeep commercial a few years ago that the woman was standing next to the sales guy asking which color goes best with mud? :lol: i supposed it all depends on the area you live in and the color of the local mud. don't some areas have red? i know here we have a nice dark mud and some areas locally also have a nice tan when it dries on a white vehicle.

Hopefully your son unlike my dogs knew to cleanup before entering the house.

When I was a kid often I had to hose off with the garden hose before being allowed back in the house :p

you could have had nearly the same experience after working in the corral :rolleyes:.

My mother had a favorite story about my brother hosing off outdoors. I don't know how high he had to go - probably up to the elbows. He's finished and she catches him as he is heading into the house -- with a back pocket full of cow manure.

sooo many times i would be working in my garden and just kick off my shoes and walk in it barefoot. it might not have been muddy but boy would i get a lot of dirt on my feet and legs by the time i was finished working in it for the day. :lol:
