I look forward all year to tomato sandwiches in the summer. I had a few, but not as many as I would have liked!

Oh man tomato sandwiches are the best...
Here how I eat mine... bread goes in the toaster oven with a slice of pepper jack cheese to melt, then add tomato slices, mayo, basil, pepper and eat it up... I've almost ate this for breakfast everyday since our tomatoes started coming in, lol Going to miss it this winter!
