I've been wanting to start a blog for a while now, but I was such a chicken. I'm not much of a writer, but I want to share my love of gardening, beekeeping and canning, so I took the plunge! Any comments or criticisms are welcome.

I think your beginnings look great! My only advice to you is: I enjoy reading the blogs where the writer is "real" and you can tell. Just be you. If you use fancy words, then use fancy words. But if you are a more simple girl, be more simple. And pictures are always a plus! Can't wait to see more of your blog as it grows.

Very nice! I like the template you chose. It's very clean and crisp.

And yes to pictures! Your garden looks amazing, btw!

Just have fun with it and write about what interests you. I like to use mine as a journal and it's really neat to look back over the years. It's kinda where I put my brain...or else I'd forget all the details of when I got this or planted that....ha. Blogs are great for keeping family and friends up to date too.

I especially like the sculpture in the picture. That's a great place to sit and get lost for a while.
