I've never heard of Chinese Greens. Are they good?

Things like Bok Choy and Pak Choy. Chinese Cabbage... mmm... I'm all in a stir fry mood now!!! LOL

That doesn sound good.....add a little chicken to it (not mine though. They are pets lol)
