Mine is more traditional:
chopped tomatoes
chopped red onion
diced jalepeno or serrano
chopped cilantro
drizzle of olive oil
hefty squeeze of lime
Generous sprinkling of sea salt
Brought up to a boil and hot packed/processed according to the USDA guidelines (think I boiled it for ten then canned it for 20...not positive though!)
