Is that something you on a regular routine? I've never heard of giving chickens a wet bath. We sometimes sprinkle them with Bentonite Clay or Diatomaceous Earth.
About once a month, it's been well over six weeks this time around. I use a natural oil based soap, castile with vinegar and Epsom to free up any bugs. Then oil their feet then then clay. They seem to do well:) no sticky bottom or fly problem here, we have had a vast amount of flies this year so playing safe.

One had a bit of bumble foot and a sticky bottom plus she stopped laying after I did this and a few tricks mentioned in BYC she started laying again and bumble foot healed
