Yesterday we had fried pig tongue over rice with egg drop soup. I didn't even know what it was until Jenni called me asked "How was the pig tongue?". I nearly fainted.

ohmygosh, HPQ, this sounds like a really interesting job you've gotten yourself into! Think of all the things you're learning, AND are getting paid!

After the Viet Nam war ended, several thausand Viet Namese refugees were sent to Fresno, Cal. . Shortly, the local pound noticed a drop in rescued dogs and cats. Then , there was a steady stream of these refugees comming in to the shelter to pick up dogs or cats. Shall we say fast food !:th

Haha, she reassured me that they don't eat domesticated animals such as dogs and cats. And on top of getting paid, she is doing my nails and pedicures for free! I can come in every three weeks. She said the estimated cost if I were to pay full price is around $70....*score!* Her and her husband both do nails for a living and are very good at it (and super clean and sanitary I might add). This has been so fun and i'm really glad I seized the opportunity :cool:
