Ah-ha! I may pot mine in a smaller pot when they die back. They came in a too big pot could be part of the problem. ;)

I may have shown you these 2 amaryllis blooms before. They are big and lush in my greenhouse today. I have been using orchid fertilizer on my bulbs and seedlings and they seem to like it. These are 2 of my original crosses. They may not be so exotic as the pros create

I just mailed Bay some bulbs that flowered for xmas. I just dont have patience for winter house plants. Her zone she can plant year round outside.
I planted those bulbs by the garden gate. I will make a real flower bed some day, so for now, they are in a safe place and I know where they are!
