Well, today was Fen’s birthday. Now he is a whole, big boy, 1 yr old. And as you can surely see, he is now a serious, distinguished gentleman.

The sheltie I had before Mabel used to do this in her younger days, grab the white tip of her tail in her teeth, and spin around in place at break-neck speed. She also would not get into the car until she had made 3 complete circles around the vehicle. Circling, it's just what you must do if you are a herding dog.

English shepherds are not the fanatical workaholics that border collies are, but like shelties, they need a job to do, and if you don't give them one, they will assign themselves daily tasks.
