Doesn't matter if they thought you were an idiot for believing the price...if that price was shown for the garage you picked out, it's false advertising and fraud on their part. Tell them the idiot wants them to take their garage back and you'll buy one elsewhere....no way would I take that garage if that's not the one I bought.

Was basicy told I was a idot for thinking I was getting that building for the price I paid. Silding doors windows all thousands more. The only good thing I can say is they matched color to old shed well. Got up house late last night so didnt look at shed woke up ;ate not feeling well left for westchester without looking at it.
Not an idiot if there was no disclaimer. There probably is one.

I love every one here. my lawyer doesn't want company named yet. He is sending a strongly worded letter ( what ever that means) He is hoping for a refund of some of the money. After talking to him I realize I don't need $8,000 in upgrades but I do need a building that size He also promise to make some calls about truck getting registered

If spouse or son were there many of those 'upgrades' could be done at far less than $8000. Proper siding, a different door, and perhaps windows (although those are not bad looking) and you would be proud to have the building in your yard. The roof bump is rather a major project and the cupola is probably not too hard to instal, but more costly -- and more repeated work with upkeep -- than it is worth, IMHO.

The cost comes in labor when you can't do the work yourself.
