Thanks for sharing that Jenx. I've never shopped in Holland before.
That was fun, what a lot of seeds they have! And a whole room of bulbs and tubers.That could be a dangerous place .
I have a question - in the room that is adjacent to the little office, there is a high shelf with some pot type things that look like terracotta...are those cloches?

@thistlebloom Yes, it is a very dangerous place! Luckily itś not in my city so I can visit it often. Yes those are cloches made of terracotta and are used for bleeching vegetables to make them less bitter.

My NYers have really taken off in the last few days after using homade fertilizer. They have shot up a few inches and grew branches out also. Some of the Roma toms already have fruits, thinking about taking them off so the plants will grow some more.
