Until a chicken has focused on your face and attacked you, you don't know how scary it is!
Let us know if it's freezer camp. a Sunday chicken dinner, fried up with mashed potatoes.
I know that when I was butchering my older hens several years ago, the meat was SO TENDER!!

My son had an interesting opportunity to help out a friend on their chicken farm a couple weeks ago. He helped with one of the many steps they do when processing their chickens - he did the gut removing step to 100 chickens! He is now a pro!
