I'm really bummed out right now. My pitbull broke her tie-out and killed one of my neighbors chickens. I told him about it and he looked at me and oh no then he oh well. It did come into our yard but it shouldn't be killed for it. Another thing is when I tried to get her away from it she tried coming after me. I told my husband it's time for her to go.

I know that Rose (2007-2013), Husky/BCxGS mix killed one of my hens who had escaped. Probably the hen died of fright. She did not growl and defend her kill.
Eva won't kill a rabbit. Eva was happy enough to eat baby bunnies that Pyg found.
These are very hard decisions to make. Prayers sent.
Just so you know, your neighbor can only ask for $worth for that chicken, not a companion animal, but considered livestock.

I told the neighbor and that she got loose and the chicken came in our yard and Bella killed it. He said that's no good and then said oh well

I haven't gotten around to execution of her because I woke up with a cold a couple of days ago and I don't really have any way to prevent the other girls from seeing what's happening to her so right now I am just trying to relax so that I can start feeling better.

The atmospheric river bomb made it's way in sometime in the night. I'm hoping that we don't get flooded. This storm is set to dump 4-6 inches of rain in a short amount of time.

The first Bomb cyclone / atmospheric river has passed . Now another weather storm is set to come over the next few days possibly snow in higher levels above 600’.

I am glad that no tree limbs have fallen from the first storm. The animals and house / out-buildings has no damage from fallen trees. Many homes in the Portland area have experienced fallen trees and power outages. Sending prayers their way. This was devastating to so many hit hard by this last storm .

Stormy seas and sneaker waves along the coast and snow up in the foothills and heavy down pours due tonite.

My husband is stuck in Oregon right now. It's getting worse up there. I watched the news and they said that the winds are going to be kicking in upwards of 70 mph
