i tried the crate training thing when i got both my last 2 kitties. mostly i used it to keep the dog from harassing them and to keep them from wandering in the night around the house till they got used to everything. i used it for about a week or two. my 2nd kitty quickly learned that i was a soft pillow and i would find her sleeping on top of me by morning and that habit stuck.

Well, she's got an appointment for Monday morning.
She also has a bunch of worms. You would think a rescue knows that one worming is no where near enough! =/
Ah well, I'll have the vet give her a wormer and maybe they will give me extras to give her later on.

you would think they would have told you if she was still being treated for worms or any infections and given you the meds to treat it. i dealt with upper respiratory infection when i brought my first kitten home to my older cat. Eddie had fleas so i treated him for that but he wouldn't let me use the hair dryer on him but he did love a green towel and stayed in that till he was dry. a few days later he had his first vet appointment and that's when it was noticed he had an issue with it. he ended up giving it to my older cat Lizzie.so if you have other cats you might have to give meds to them too.

Lol, I sure don't! Wish I could pay them in tomatoes, cukes and watermelons!

I just hope it doesn't spread/get worse.

DH found a huge cattree for cheap, Amazon. Just had to put it together myself. It's insane how over priced the small store trees are!

Bald spots under eyes is very strange. Do you think its possible, rub spots, from rubbing face against cage? The skin in photo, doesn't look inflamed or raw under bald spot.

She doesn't rub or scratch or even notice it. =/

Back from the vet, long story short, rescue is going to cover the bill because of their rushing, skipping steps and going about it the easy way out.

Gave her a fancy kitty lunch of kitten duck soup and now it's nap time!
