Red I know that, not planting in hole, building large mound of soil planting on top of mound. Thanks seedcorn I have a TSC near by. I think they where hung over, didn't want to work but wanted to get paid.

Been there, done that. Twenty minutes of explaining what you are doing goes right over a young boy/man's head when they resent having to work in the first place. They just don't respond to the why of it...they simply don't care. I agree with you...they just want their money and don't want to work for it. It's the new generation and it's here to stay. Heaven help us all.

Maybe it's time to get some of that "cheap labor" so disparaged in the immigrant labor force.

Doesn't look near strong enough to me. Look up taser....... Just go to TSC, their's will motivate a bull......or a hung over person.
