I cook a lot of sautéed veggies lightly in a bit of olive oil. You can chose the ones that suit your bodies needs. Then add a it of protein usually I use chicken breast or a strip of steak. You can add a bit of brown rice or guinoia. You can cook a pot of rice and keep in fridge for a few meals. Don,t know if these are on food diet.
