Ok..... which tomatoes for canning stuff?

Thanks for the replies, y'all! I am probably going to have around 40 tomato plants of various types this year......, plus peppers, onions, garlic, corn, peas, green beans, cucumbers, squash, eggplant, potatoes, strawberries, various herbs, ....... OOOHHH! I am excited and ready for SPRING!!! LOL

I am learning alot by reading through the posts here..... I appreciate all of your input!
