OKRA!!!

I wasn't raised eating okra, and thought for years that it was nasty and slimy. But, I also liked okra fried, and in gumbo. So, when I grew some, I looked for other ways to cook it. I made this when I managed to grow enough okra. The recipe was delicious.

I like fried okra. I actually planted one plant the year before last. It didn't make it. I forgot it was there, mistook it for a weed.

ooops...hate when that happens. Dang weeds
