One-Year (Annual) Fruits?

Can you recommend any annual fruits that I can grow in my garden in one year?

I know about melons, ground cherries, and huckleberries. Any new ideas?

I assume you know about strawberries but forgot to list them. Other than that I can't think of anything. I am trying ground cherries for the first time this year.

Yes, I know about strawberries. I guess I forgot to list them because I was only thinking of fruits that are typically grown from seed.

I am growing wild wonder red strawberries and they reproduce from seed. They also come in yellow. I got them from Baker Creek

Now those sound great! I already have my strawberries planted from last year, I'll probably be replacing some of the parent plants with daughters this year, but I shouldn't have to replace many yet. No more room to try anymore varieties!

But please let us know what you think once you get them in the ground.
