I had a new client come in today the woman drove me crazy. There was no pleasing her. I finally told her " find another groomer, good luck finding one who will put up with you" She got very insulted and stormed out. I just got a email from a very good friend, her Aunt was coming in for grooming today did I like her dog. She was the lady I threw out

Small world. Maybe you can talk to your good friend and tell her what happened. She may be able to shed some light on her Aunt's behavior. Tell her you'll do the dog if she brings it in. haha

Figures. Too bad she did not call ahead! (Not like it would have changed her Aunt's behavior.) Hope your friend is not offended and understands her Aunt is hard to deal with.

I hate when that stuff happens! Sorry that you're in an awkward position, but your friend probably knows and might end up laughing with you about it.

Last summer I had a new AC company come out to work on my system. It was a mess of miscommunication and botched svs mixed with a REALLY bad week at work and in one bad afternoon I went all "Flaming Redhead" on the poor tech over the phone. The work got fixed and the bill got corrected but I still felt bad about my behavior.
A few months later a new guy joins my team in the church sound booth... guess who... That poor AC tech.
