Right now I am pondering the idea of going out to the garden and planting in the rain. It's not like I can do much more than get the flu or a cold so I just might be uploading some pictures of the garden area today or tomorrow. I can put my 9 garlic cloves in the bottom of the big raised bed.

Please don’t get the flu or a cold!
I was unable to get the garlic planted yesterday do to the wind kicking up. Today I went out and planted the cloves. 10 cloves with green tops and the last one was 3/4 cloves but because only one had a green top I just planted it as is.

These are the two beds my husband and I made for the garden. I know that the small one is uneven but we decided to move it and turned it upside down.

I am going to try some different techniques for seed starting so this year I am going to keep everyone updated on what works best and if it's a total flop. I will do my best to take pictures to post and also identify the methods as well as the plants and basically the who, what, when, where, why and how to make it easier for everyone to follow. It might not work for everyone but it will at least help someone with their garden this year or next. I hope I can help lots of people with my posts and pictures.

This is the garlic that I sprouted in a jar of water. Of the about 12 or 13 cloves I got 10 to sprout. I planted them in my stairstep raised metal garden bed. I was actually happy with the results. I will keep everyone posted on the progress as well as the next head of garlic that I am currently trying to sprout.

I finally got the stairstep bed filled. I planted some squash (deeper than usual), peas, Brussels Sprouts and broccoli. I also planted some radishes in the small bed because my girls decided that I didn't plant my seeds right so they had to fix it for me 🤣🤣🤣

This is the small bed. I didn't plant everything that way but my girls decided that I didn't plant it right so they had to fix it for me 🤣 🤣 🤣
