Outlawing Organic Gardening??

I think the issue is the law is just lacking info on the organic gardening on what and how to would be actually legal. There is a ton more discussion on the topic in the thread that wife posted!

i think to say that 875 seeks to outlaw organic gardening is a bit alarmist, but it definitely sets precedence for such a thing in the future.

I think that the law is directed more at food processing plants, slaughter houses, and factory farms.

My issue is that once this vague law is in place, all it takes is the department head to wave his magic wand and make my garden illegal.
