Yes, I do lock my car at night in the driveway, at least since I purchased my 2010 two years ago. I am not sure why since it won't keep a thief out anyway, but I do because I usually leave my wallet/driver's license in the car most of the time. (I know, bad idea) I seldom carry a purse and have left home often enough without my license that I made that change. During the day we are in and out so often that I don't lock up.

I do lock the car whenever I leave the car away from home for shopping or business. Just a habit I wanted to get into and with push button locking right on the key, it's not a problem.

When I park inside the garage with the garage door closed, I don't lock the doors. Even being out in the sticks and having a 200 ft. driveway, I've had things stolen out of my car at home. I suspected who did it, but proving it would have been difficult.

My husband locks the doors on his work truck always and everywhere.
His jeep he doesn't lock because the windows are vinyl, but he puts a steering wheel lock on it.
I don't lock my truck at home and often the keys and my purse are left inside.
But I always lock it when I'm in town. Which is kind of funny because I have a trailer full of expensive tools sitting behind it. I've never had anything taken from it though, for which I'm thankful.

Always lock car and truck in driveway and everywhere else, for that matter. I never leave my purse or anything like that in vehicle, it's just a "steal me" invitation.

we've had cars stolen around our town and some surrounding areas. some kids even took a big John Deere tractor/mower and let it run through town last summer. it came from the East Rochester/Maine border all the way into the heart of down town Rochester since the farmer left the keys in it. we never worried about locking cars or houses when i was a kid about 30 years ago. now you have to or fear for your life or property from the crazy drug zombies.

I've left the keys in my pickups at home for decades. My wife takes the keys out of the car.

I have a manual so that eliminates most of the population of thieves who could drive it away. ;)

I lock my car at work because it's a dark parking lot and for some odd reason people walk in town at all hours of the night. And it's a small town too. Small like the chief of police is the only full time officer I duty small.

At home keys are usually in the ignition so they don't get lost with the doors unlocked. But I doubt I see 5 cars in my road a day so....
