And healthy--oatmeal and fruit! How I make crisps. Sometimes I put some on bottom and top.baymule said:I make a cobbler crust with a melted stick of butter, sugar to taste, cinnamon and oatmeal mixed in until it is crumbly. Then I spread it over the fruit and bake. It is easy, quick and good.
Is the flour/milk mix runny? Recipe I used was 1.5 each of flour/milk. And mix was runny. I used self rising flour that maybe the rise was past rising?canesisters said:Grandmama's Cobbler - aka 123 cobbler or upside down cobbler
