So I sowed some snow peas in buckets back in January. It's now mid may, these plants are 4 months old, and they are finally setting flowers! :ya

The exciting part is that these guys are way ahead of season for where I am located. I don't anticipate flowers back home in Everett till July! No kidding, snow peas often can make it through the entire PNW summer without wilting of heat so the snow pea harvest runs from July through august. LOL

And the first lucky uber short season tomato will show up ripe in September.... just in time for all it's green budies to rot in a freak October frost.

:weee for peas!

I'm hoping for a first tomato by the 4th of july... from plants started in feb!

Snow peas and ripe tomatoes, Silkie'!

Oh, just by themselves . . . oh :p!

I can usually have them together in October . . . if'n it doesn't freeze too hard. The tomato may have to ripen on the kitchen counter .
