I just looked it up and they aren't the same. But those leaves are very similar to Sweet Cicely seedlings

Sweet Annie is Artemesia annua, and S. Cicely is Myrrhis odorata.

I don't know. I have never heard of it being called sweet cicely but given how long and its ability to grow just about anywhere, I would say that there is probably a lot of different names it goes by. Just depends on where you live.

All I know is that I planted it 8 years ago and it spreads like wild fire. Every year I have to get rid of a lot of it and confine it to where I want it to grow.

Want to trade seeds?
Yes. I have to wait until mine goes to seed before I will have any. It has been self seeding for 8 years. Funny thing is I planted the original seeds on the north west side of the house and it is now growing on the south east side of the house.
