Will he keep his blue eyes, or will they change to gray?

The eyes start out as a sapphire blue & transition to an amber color as they age. Dieter is in the blue/gray stage right now...

Another Phalaenopsis is in bloom; notice the bright yellow "honey guides" positioned to guide the pollinator directly to the anther and stigma. Mother Nature, the ultimate designer.
