Cinnamon basil- how cool. I haven't heard of it. What will you use it for? I love, love, love regular sweet basil...

The cinnamon was a impulse buy. ;) It smelled so good, I couldn't resist. I have no idea what to make with it, but will find something. I'm going to make pesto today with my sweet basil and freeze it.

. . . I had no idea that the cinnamon would get so huge!
Huge? Really?

. . . but that's in Louisiana, tho' . . .

I have cinnamon basil this year! It looks almost exactly like the Siam Queen Thai basil right now. (which is pretty darn good but small). The seed of both was started fairly late.

Maybe this stuff will get big . . ?
