I have what appears to be 10 squash I think will be ready by this weekend. I have 1 plant that is a MONSTER!
I just got back from the Farmer's Market I will be doing... She is OVER the moon to have a cut flower person. Its someone she's been looking for, and swears there is a ton of interest in. She won't allow any other certified member to bring in cut flowers while I'm there if I can be a regular (Which means at least 1 day a week). Other then that I will do cut herbs, and jams. I may also pull any sprouts and starts I have in my garden to sell as well. Like I probably have 20+ volunteer cone flowers, and blanket flowers I can repot and bring up as well.
So I'm official!!! I just need to make me an official 'sign' with my business on it and a pricelist. So must go walk the property and see what flowers I have ready for the season. I'm thinking 2 size bouquets.... ?
Hunkie, the day you start harvesting it will truly never end... so you should be grateful. I have tomatoes on the vine now, once they start ripening I will be going NUTS trying to find room for them, or I'm back to canning again.
