This is my second year of growing potatoes. Last year I had a great crop for just two small rows. I expanded a bit this year. In need of a side starch for tonights dinner I dug a bit and was pleasantly rewarded with a sign of the harvest ahead. Kennebecs and Katahdins.

Lookin' good 'moe!
What's the taste difference between the Katahdin and Kennebec?
Not sure on the taste difference yet, until I hit a different row. I think they will be similar though.

Last year I got 20 lbs out of two small rows. This year if all goes well I'll get closer to the 50 lb mark or more.

Wow, those look great. How long from planting until harvest?
I believe I planted these the first week of May, maybe a tad earlier I can't remember exactly. I should be harvesting the majority in two weeks.
