My only disappointment was how small those potatoes were... but they were white new potatoes and I probably could have let them going longer. I got less then 5lb in each 5 gallon bucket. We're going to try the yukon gold this year for sure, maybe we'll get better results.

Sounds good, Vfem. I still haven't decided for sure which varieties I'm going to try this year. Guess I'd better hurry up!

Can you start potatoes inside?? and, are they a warm soil plant? :watering

I plan to try the bag method and would like to get started early. I have a nice room that is heatable for them if that is doable.:drool
