Price increases and shortages

I was thinking about how Bay harvested all her painted mtn corn for cornmeal. I wonder if I should buy a couple of packages of corn meal? I hardly ever use it, but maybe it should become part of the staples of my pantry. Ideas?
If you are going to use it, get it. If it is just going to sit there and take up space and get old, don't bother.

We keep it but it’s because we use it often. Corn bread, frying things, tamales... but like the others said I wouldn’t unless will use it. Otherwise you would probably be better off sticking up on flour if you use a good bit of it. Flour can be frozen and lasts forever in the freezer

We use cornmeal quiet a bit because I make arepas. Buy a small bag and try few recipes before you invest money buying more.
