:frow :frow An up-date from a very happy old lady in the UK.....!!

I just wanted to tell you that my Aeonium Zwartkop cutting must have taken as the leaves in the centre top are getting a lot larger & have lost that slightly soft feel of a couple of weeks ago.

Initially the lower leaves started shrivelling & falling off but Joe, Ron & beefy had warned me this might happen so I didn't panic. Well not much anyway.....!! :D

I had put it into very sandy/stoney soil & it's had some bottom heat. I watered it quite well but it was drying out fast between waterings.

I am amazed to see how quickly it has recovered it's vigour & want to thank you boys for your specialised advice. Without you I would have been in the dark.

So bouquets & hugs alround !!

:bouquet :bouquet :bouquet :bouquet :bouquet :bouquet

Hi Hattie,

That is such wonderful news! I never doubted that you could do this! One day you will be giving someone a cutting just as you were, and you will laugh and say "oh this is the easiest in the world" LOL

Hi Ron,

Yes, you may be right, but with the best of experience & advice -- from those who have already travelled that road makes the journey a lot easier......!! :D That's what's I like about TEG -- advice & help is freely given, in friendship.
Long may it stay that way. :frow
