i get great joy out of agitating the crazy drivers too. oops i'm sorry, i didnt realize that you were trying to get around me or i would have sped up ... NOT!

It is fun, like the reverse of a Race car driver! Pin him in and slow down if need be! The complete stop can set people off too! They are waving there arm at me to go, so I do the seven count one... two...three...ah I lost count! Then I proceed with caution, not to fast now!

Oct 6, 2009 on SR 14, west of town a kid did this. The one behind him, passed, didn't see car from other direction; they are in coma, maybe dead this AM. Yeah real funny!!!!!!

You have no idea why someone may need to get somewhere instead of going below speed limit, stopping on road to piss people off, or some other juvenile stunt. Hope a cop sees you.

The guy going around sounds like he was in the wrong!
Why would he go around someone making a complete stop?

YOU are the one putting lives at risk to endulge your power trip.

No it isn't. To stop on a highway? It is against the law to stop on a highway in EVERY state in the union. If someone rear ends you or you cause an accident, YOU are liable. Yes, I hope a cop finds you. In fact, I call the cops on people like you and give them the licence plate number & location.

Edited to add; I did not think anyone would be stupid enough to stop on a main road. The Stop Sign was implied!

Joke; A guy rolls through a Stop sign.

A cop sees him and pulls him over. Driver gets smart mouthed with the cop.

Cop pulls driver from car and proceeds to beat him with the night stick.

Cop asks "You want me to stop? Or just slow down?"

Sounds like SPEED was a factor, and possibly inexperienced young drivers, AND unfortunately, no seat belts.... Praying for the injured.

Here lies the start of the trouble, sounds to me like this kid ran the stop and pulled out in front of the other two drivers.
