Putting your veggies on hold until canning time

Mary, I hope it wasn't me, because I hated them!!! I am going to try my hand at pressure canning them this weekend. My bush beans are full! I'll let you know how they turn out. The only thing I blanched and froze that came out great was Swiss Chard and corn. Freezing peppers is super easy-just cut up and put into a bag.
