bobm, I am running to the store to buy quinoa!The resulting benefit is not only the added nutritional benefits, but that I have lost 5 lbs. in the past week without even trying.

My DIL made me eat this! 
We were invited to dinner, and I am SO not good with trying new foods, I knew she could see
She made a quinoa dressing for stuffed squash and it was very good! It had corn, craisins, pine nuts, can't remember what else, but tasty and yes, filling!
@bobm ... DIL and son have added quinoa to their 'better eating' diet and in six months they have both gotten back to their 'pre-pregnancy' weight. They give quinoa some of the credit for that. DH is more ambitious with experimenting with new recipes/foods, I think I will give him a nudge.
