I was at a pharmacy pick-up window the other day moments after they opened at 8am. When asked "do you have any questions?" I thought I could share my frustrations on their automated phone service.
Do you think I could tell them that they have the # sign before the number on the bottle but expect us to push it after entering the Rx number on the phone?
The phone asks "if you'd like (to do something) ... press 'one' ... if not, press 'zeerrooo.'" But, at the end of the routine, "if are finished press 'one' if not, press 'zeerrrooo.'" Do something press 'one' not do something press 'one' ????

I had to fast for a blood test yesterday morning, so of course I went and woke up at 05:00am and couldn't get back to sleep. My appointment for 10:00am only. Less said about that, the better. I think I need one of these:
