I read a chapter from one book talking about AI and like this para very much. The rough translation is like this

One of the most common misunderstandings about "willpower" is that we often bet it on methods, assuming that time alone can turn a wrong approach into a right result.

The saying "Grinding an iron rod into an embroidery needle" relies on time. But now that AI can handle many tasks far faster than humans, our willpower should be placed on the goal instead.
As for methods—they should remain as flexible as possible. Let the robots do the grinding.
My thought after reading - With only two tools at hand—ChatGPT and Canva—my tiny corner café can already outsource non-core tasks as if they were handled by a full-fledged team. These two digital "guardians" are like clairvoyant and far-hearing - they are sort of wise, honest, and well-informed friends, too.

Willpower should be spent on finding the right thing to do, not on stubbornly forcing something and expecting it to eventually become right. If I realize something isn't working, AI 'colleagues' like these help me minimize unnecessary emotional reactions. No more letting sunk costs drain my energy, emotions, and resources.

Maintaining maximum flexibility—knowing when to push forward and when to step back—is the most valuable mindset and tool I’ve gained since opening my café.
