Grand Rapids doesn't seem to have any prospect of rain soon but the storm looks like it might find Jared this afternoon.
Smiles, you will have to let us know if that tiny storm headed your way did some good. It looks like you'd better not be standing on a hill or near a chainlink fence when it passes thru, however.
Despite all of my complaints about clouds & coolness here - we have been blessed with about normal rain and snowpack. There was something of a deficit to overcome by the end of last year and little snowcover down here in the agricultural areas over the winter. A little extra Spring rain will really be helping the grain crop here. It is "just a little extra," tho'. For this area to get 1/2" of rain from a storm is really worth commenting on. Rain tomorrow . . . & wind.
