Lots and lots of canning! Tomato juice, sauce, chili base, salsas, whole, whole seasoned with chilis, crushed, soups, the list goes on...
With being in sugar sand soil I typically don't get a lot of fruit off of my plants- even with fertilizers.
That sounds like a LOT of WORK!

I am also on sand/gravel soil with NO water holding capacity.

You might want to try a product called black label zinc sold by Loveland products, if there are any CPS plants near by. Tomato plants love it.
