Well, that explains the sawtooth edge. I just always have seen the regular geraniums. Or not paid close enough attention. Yes, Thistle, Martha Washingtons have been around for years, but maybe the growers have been ignoring them as a mass production possibility? Or maybe they recently adopted @jackb's cloning methods and can mass produce them easier now. These pots say Better Home and Garden.

Yes, we also cultivate such. Different varieties. Almost all of them like a cool temperature in the house during the winter. This helps the appearance of buds. There are varieties that spend the winter in warmth and bloom well. I grow at home and in the garden. Cuttings root easily in pots. I love these flowers. I hope you too will love them too .
