I grew up in a house where it was 50 in the winter months, and 80 some degrees or whatever it was outside in the summer. I remember one Christmas morning when I was pretty young that I could see my breath when I woke up to see what santa brought me. I was traumatized when I saw the thin layer of ice on the cat's water dish. So now that I have control over how warm my house is, I like to keep it pretty warm
