Maybe a clear tarp? I use a clear tarp for the winter months on my hoop coop, though I do use a layer of heavy mil plastic at the top of the hoops underneath the tarp to prevent any wearing of the tarp from the ribs of the CP.

The farmer in New England (name escapes me) made another small tunnel inside his very large hoop house and was growing lettuce in it in January! He made it mobile and would put his chickens in it late Fall for cleanup, then moved it with his tractor.
Our winds here just rip apart ANYTHING that is exposed, so I am SUPER jelly!
