Man, too bad you guys aren't near me. I planted about 40 tomatos Sunday. Allready had over 75 in the ground.
When I finished I went in greenhouse and quit counting at 90 still on the shelves.
I go to lunch with a bunch of old gomers every day, I took about 20 plants with me and one guy took them all.
When I left there I stopped by the local Peace Pantry and asked if they thought they could use some plants. Ended up going home and loading up 60 or so more to donate to them.
Today I took another 20 to lunch and was able to get them each a new home.
I still have a bunch left so I've decided to plant them in buckets in the greenhouse and see how they turn out.
Next year I will know better than to start as many as I did this year.
Live and learn!!!

I feel your pain!

Of course, I'd rather have too many, than too few!
Exactly right.
The way things started here with all the rain and plants not looking good, I thought for sure I would need all I started. Thank goodness that doesn't seem to be the case now.
