Shame it's not a ewe. Sure would have been a pretty one!
Still planning on coming up to get some meat. Just don't know when yet. I did pick up some regular ground lamb at the store the other day. DH really liked it. I thought it was nasty. It had a really strong smell, and left an oily residue in my mouth. But, I do smell stuff most other people don't.
