We are upgrading our batteries and solar panels right now and then plan to take off! I will share more pics and let u know how the rosemary does! Last year I took a mini rose bush on a similar sailing trip and the petals on the flowers turned white!@Dahlia , id be very interested in hearing about the sailing trip!
we keep a pot of it around and use it mostly for tea! It makes a great tea; it’s also used when baking a rabbit.

We’re pretty simple around here; the Rabbit is baked in a covered dish at 275 for an hour with a drizzle of olive oil over it, some salt and one sprig of Rosemary on top. Pressure cooked it’s somewhat stringy, even the young fryers; tender enough but a wee bit stringy.
when we bake it there’s none of that; just great Rabbit.
we’ve done the bake with mushroom soup thing and several others and prefer baked; especially if we still have some cornbread dressing packages from Thanksgiving!!
