I'm limited in what moves I can make but take inspiration from the past :):
Remember, I'm walking and prefer not to wear my dance shoes so I've got about 10% of this. It was of great help to my stiff left shoulder, today!

More guidance:
:) Lifting the arms even higher really helps as I cruise around the house :)!

This is terrible!

After 12 months not 1 person out of 197 people given financial incentive to lose 5% of their weight, did so!

LINK

I don't know how well I'd respond to $550 but wanting to do so, being challenged, and having company - would be helpful. I know we shouldn't blame the victims but "less than 1.5# loss" after 1 year?!

Too judgmental? Health benefits? Monetary gain? What's it take?

I do not know the answer to that questions @digitS' But can say after years of harping from Mom, DH, Doctor etc.... and continuing to gain. I finally have the scale # moving down.:) I was the one needing to WANT to make the changes. Seems almost like I got stubborn when TOLD to lose. :huFood is and was my go to fix. I am an emotional eater, Happy, Sad, Bored, etc... feelings could be stuffed down with food. :(

Can't afford a gym. ;)
So instead:
Hauling two 5gal buckets 150' from the faucet to the trough - 4 times - 2x weekly = aerobic
Unloading hay - 10 bales - 45-50lbs each - carried 50' from truck to storage and stacked - every 3 weeks = weights
Hauling 4 heaping wheel barrows of wasted/wet hay + cow flops to the chicken pen - 1x weekly = weights
Cat making biscuits on my back every night - massage
At this rate, I'll be in decent shape before spring gets here!

Whoa, Debbie! That's almost too much ... of a good thing ;)!

For most of us, it is almost an "instead of" situation with exercise. Instead of lifting a fork.

But, there is a little more to it than that ... not a lot. I mean, we are terribly efficient at work and burn just some calories. One thing we do with exercise is feel better. When we don't lose weight, we can tell ourselves, "Well, muscle weighs more than fat." And, we believe it ... anyway, if we feel better, we are a little more forgiving of not losing weight the way we had hoped. That is a good thing.

It all does need to be something of a lifestyle. We should also lift the burden off our own shoulders and condemn foods. Not all food, love your food! Condemn the industry. We are being exploited and can't do much about it other than to boycott. "Ain't gonna eat that. Ain't gonna spend money on something like that!"

It's simple and free. Breakfast eat itself, half a dinner given to friend, and dinner give to the enemy. Or change to disk "Learn hip-hop at home." Tone guaranteed. :D
