Oh, I wish I had a pressure canner! I have 5 lunch bags of garlic from my harvest. I have them in a cool dry place, but not sure how long they will last. :/
I know that Sandra Lee on Money Saving Meals tells you to mince your garlic in a mini chopper then put it in a small glass jar and fill in with oil and you can store it for up to a month in the frig.
I was wandering if you could roast it in the oven with a little oil and salt then wrap up the heads and freeze it? Has anyone given this a shot?
